The idea of two handed guns only being able to fit on the armour and the back (maybe smaller ones like an smg can be rigged to the belt) is such a small change but will completely change the gameplay environment and combat for the better. I cannot stress enough how important it is this idea makes it into the game.

overall really like it seems like playing sec will be just that little bit less of a O LORD I AM GONNA DIE IN THE NEXT 2 MINUTES

+1

I like most of it, but the harder to break in part and the teleporter are bad imo. But i dont know how it is going to be executed so ill hold my judgement.

+1,000

We need most if not all guns ATLEAST have a two handed option (more accuracy for a handgun vs one handed shooting) and make nearly everything larger need two-handed, as it's ridiculous for someone to load a gun in one hand and shoot out the other (especially shotguns)

edit: making guns like this will make firefights less about how much ammo you can carry and more about making real decisions as opposed to running into the enemy and spraying rounds everywhere

You gotta live with that, and your strange desire for british police.

Here's my input, from a guy who occasionally plays sec:

1. Space Law: +1
No explanation needed here. It needs to be clear what seccies are allowed and not allowed to do.

2. Ballistics: +1
I completely support changing up the taser meta, as well as giving sec more lethal options

3. Port-a-brig: +1
Briggings for breaking rules will be much more common, which is great. Officers will now be able to do their jobs instead of spending 5 minutes dragging and then putting someone in a cell.

4. Vest: +0.5
It's a good idea but not the best of solutions. Anyone giving a seccie a good bit of strippin would most likely take it off as the first thing they do, rendering it basically useless. Either make it have a greatly increased delay (like hardsuits), or just give sec officers specialised tracking implants.

5. Riot shields: +300
Less RNG = More gameplay. Riot shields are incredibly good and incredibly cancer. New solution looks versatile and requires at least 3 brain wrinkles to use.

6. Armoury: +1
Too easy to break into right now. My personal suggestion to whatever else you want to put in is to add a tg-style Sergeant-At-Armsky, a beepsky which alerts sec if anyone gay is in the armoury and then tries to arrest them.

7. Ammo: 0?
They already have a sec lathe, you could probably add anything you want them to print to that.

8. Reload: 0
The new meta is now "7 energy guns in the backpack" to "7 energy gun rechargers in the backpack". At least, that's what I'd be worried about it becoming - this could create the same problem trying to be solved.

9. Gear: +1
Pepper spray is never used because literally everyone wears gas masks or glasses - it's never worth the effort
Bola uses the throwing mechanic and it's always better to just use a taser
DragNET is weird and its teleporting thing is shite

10. Heavy shock: +1
As long as you only get one or two shots before the gun stops working, this is great

11. Soap dropping simulator: +1
With sec putting more people in brig, this will make the experience more than "click off ss13 and browse reddit for [whatever number powertripping sec puts here] minutes"

12. 7 taser backpack: +1
this was always in the ss13 cringe compilation and I'm glad there is an attempt to shake up this retarded meta

THE GREY:
big nice

We had that at one point, it was pretty nice.
