Stretching is important

Ss13 rounds are often long and engaging. This leads to lengthy periods of sitting. Get up and stretch every 30-60 minutes and your body will thank you.

Reach up and bend back as far as you can. Reach your hands over your head with engaged back muscles, then reach for your toes/the ground. Hold stretches for a maximum of 15 seconds. Stretch left and right as well.
Perform dynamic stretching such as walking in place, rotating the shoulders, swinging the arms, and butt kicks. The neck is also affected by long periods of screen time. Look left and right, up and down, and lean your head side to side. Do these slowly and meaningfully. Stretch your fingers and wrists, even elbows, there are tutorials for this on youtube. Shake out your legs and spin your ankles. Caring for your body can make you feel good and prevent increased risk of injury from sitting. Shrug your shoulders as hard as you can for 5 seconds, then relax. Optionally you can try to raise your leg forward in a stretching motion. When doing leg stretches try to make sure there is always a slight bend to the knee. Anything past 178° is increasing risk of injury.

Bump. Your physical health is integral to your mental health. If you do mild workouts you will be surprised at how much your skills improve in many areas including gaming.
